Apps from the App Store
Onda Studio is bought from us directly rather than from Apple, so its license and refund answers are in its own section below.
I bought something, but it isn’t showing up.
Purchases stay with your Apple ID. Use the app’s Restore Purchases option (each app’s section below says where it is) and make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Can I stop my kids from buying things?
Yes. Turn on Ask to Buy in Apple’s Family Sharing, and every purchase from a child’s device needs a parent’s approval first.
Onda Studio
How do I unlock export?
Buy a license at ondalabs.io/studio and your key arrives by email. In the app, choose Onda Studio › License…, paste the key and click Activate. Everything except export works without one.
I’m moving to a new Mac.
On the old Mac, open Onda Studio › License… and remove the license, then activate the same key on the new one. One license covers up to 3 Macs. If the old Mac is gone, email us and we’ll free its slot. To bring your projects along, copy the Onda Studio folder from Movies to the same place on the new Mac.
macOS says Onda Studio can’t record my screen.
Open System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen & System Audio Recording, turn on Onda Studio, then quit and reopen the app. The camera, microphone and speech recognition each ask the first time you use them.
Which Macs does it run on?
macOS 15 Sequoia or later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs. Transcription and the AI voice are fastest on Apple silicon.
Which languages can it transcribe?
Any language your Mac’s on-device speech recognition supports, set by your Mac’s language. The optional Whisper upgrade is English only, so it’s offered only on Macs set to English.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email hello@ondalabs.io within 14 days of buying, from the email you bought with, and we’ll refund you in full.
Crappy Turd
I bought Unlock Everything, but my hats and trails are locked.
Open Customize from the main menu and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
There’s no sound.
Check that your phone isn’t on silent, then open Settings in the game and make sure Music and SFX are on.
How do I unlock the other turds?
Score 5,000 in one run to go Gold (2x points), 10,000 for Galactic (3x), 15,000 for Rainbow (4x) and 20,000 for Stellar (5x). Power-ups like Double Points stack on top.
