I bought something, but it isn’t showing up.
Purchases stay with your Apple ID. Use the app’s Restore Purchases option (each app’s section below says where it is) and make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Can I stop my kids from buying things?
Yes. Turn on Ask to Buy in Apple’s Family Sharing, and every purchase from a child’s device needs a parent’s approval first.
Crappy Turd
I bought Unlock Everything, but my hats and trails are locked.
Open Customize from the main menu and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
There’s no sound.
Check that your phone isn’t on silent, then open Settings in the game and make sure Music and SFX are on.
How do I unlock the other turds?
Score 5,000 in one run to go Gold (2x points), 10,000 for Galactic (3x), 15,000 for Rainbow (4x) and 20,000 for Stellar (5x). Power-ups like Double Points stack on top.
