Who we are
Onda Labs LLC (“Onda Labs”, “we”) is a digital product studio in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This policy covers ondalabs.io and the games and apps we publish under the Onda Labs name, each listed app by app below. Products with their own privacy policy follow that policy instead, like DeckPro.
This website
ondalabs.io doesn’t use ads, analytics or tracking cookies. It remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage, which never leaves your device. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When you email us
If you write to hello@ondalabs.io, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it only to reply and help you, and keep it only as long as that takes.
Purchases
Purchases in our apps are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple’s privacy policy covers those transactions. We never receive your payment details.
Kids
Our games are made to be fun for kids. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our apps don’t collect personal information from anyone. If you think a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Sharing
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run things, like our website host, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@ondalabs.io. Depending on where you live, for example California or the European Union, local law may give you more rights. We’ll honor them.
App by app
Exactly what each of our apps collects.
Crappy Turd (iPhone)
- Collects nothing. No accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
- Your settings, high scores and the hats, trails and app icon you pick are saved on your device only. Deleting the app deletes them.
- The optional Unlock Everything purchase is handled by Apple. The app only asks Apple, on your device, whether it was bought.
Client work
If Onda Labs builds or runs software for your business, our written agreement with you governs any data we handle for you.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects what one of our apps collects, the policy changes before the app does.
